Faship Courier Service: Prohibited Items Policy

To ensure safety and legality, all items dispatched using Faship Courier must strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and Faship's own policies. It is absolutely forbidden to send any items that are illegal, unsafe, or specifically listed as prohibited by Faship.

Attempting to send items that contravene the law or Faship's policies will lead to corrective measures. These actions may include, but are not limited to, the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Faship account. Furthermore, dispatching illegal or unsafe goods could result in legal proceedings, potentially involving both civil and criminal penalties.

Faship urges users to report any package suspected of violating our policies or the law. Please contact us with your concerns. Every report received will be thoroughly investigated, and Faship will take necessary actions based on the findings.

Items Strictly Prohibited for Delivery via Faship Courier:

• Individuals (People)
• Anything illegal under applicable law
• Firearms, weaponry, ammunition, and related components
• Alcoholic beverages
• Foods or drinks that spoil quickly (like raw meat or dairy)
• Pharmaceutical drugs, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements
• Cash, gift cards, lottery tickets, or negotiable securities
• Recreational narcotics, drug equipment, and tobacco products
• Hazardous or dangerous materials, which include: 
  • Explosives
  • Poisonous or flammable substances (this includes paints or glues with flammable liquids)
  • Materials listed in the Hazardous Materials Table (49 CFR § 172.101) or classified as hazardous under 49 U.S.C. § 5103 et. seq. requiring placarding for transport (per 49 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter I, Subchapter C). This also includes hazardous waste (like hypodermic needles) and medical waste.
• Goods acquired illegally (Stolen items)
• Items prone to breaking (Fragile items)
• Sexual devices; materials considered obscene or pornographic
• Live animals, regulated species (such as noxious weeds, prohibited seeds), animal parts, blood, or bodily fluids
• Any item you lack the explicit permission to send
• Items that could reasonably be seen as threatening or harassing to the recipient, or that otherwise violate Faship's Community Guidelines
